We focus on serving clients in the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and nearby) and the Magic Valley (Twin Falls, Jerome, Gooding). For clients outside these areas, we can sometimes arrange mail-in orders or special accommodations—please contact us to discuss details.

Pricing depends on the type of media and quantity. VHS and 8mm tapes are $10 each, and photographs start at $0.55 per scan.

Most orders are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on size and condition. Expedited turnaround is available for an additional $10 per order.

Simply fill out our contact form with a description of your project. We’ll review your order and arrange pickup or drop-off if you’d like to proceed.

For video, we work with VHS, VHS-C, Video8, Hi8, Digital8

For photographs, we scan prints, 35mm slides, and film negatives.

As part of the digitization process, I do need to review the material to make sure everything is transferring correctly. This helps me catch issues like blank sections, poor audio, or tracking problems so you get the best possible result. However, your media is treated with complete confidentiality. I will never make personal copies, share your content, or allow anyone else access to it. Your memories stay yours.

By default, you’ll receive a secure download link. If you’d like your files on a USB drive, that option is available for $10.

Payment is collected upfront so I can get your project scheduled and started right away. This also covers any add-ons you choose, like USB delivery or expedited service. It keeps the process simple and makes sure your tapes and photos are handled without delay.

If we discover that a tape is blank, damaged beyond recovery, or a photo cannot be scanned, you’ll receive a full refund for that item.

We stand by the quality of our work. If you’re unsatisfied, we will provide a refund for the affected items. Our goal is to preserve your memories with the best possible clarity and care.
